Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, with easy access to public transport, shops, and restaurants. Many also appreciate the spacious rooms and some note the friendly staff. However, reviews are mixed on cleanliness and service, with several guests reporting issues such as unclean bathrooms, worn furnishings, and occasional unhelpful or rude staff. Noise can be a problem for rooms facing busy streets or due to thin walls. Overall, the hotel is considered good value for its location, but improvements in cleanliness, noise insulation, and service would enhance the guest experience.
