Pros (+) Generally friendly and helpful staff. Great location. Our room was tidy and clean.
Cons (-) We had a family room on the ground level. Very noisy upstairs neighbors who stayed up late, running up and down the stairs into the wee hours, resulting in a less than stellar nights sleep. Recommend booking an upper level room if you want to avoid this.
