Pros (+) Location right next to outlet mall in Birchrun, MI
Cons (-) The floor was beyond wet around the jet tub and they said it was because they had just cleaned the carpet, and the bathroom had no curtain and someone’s old wash rag still hanging from the curtain rod.

Cons (-) My room was filthy, had a terrible odour and air did not work correctly. Spent many hours trying to get my money refunded to no avail. Very disappointed in the hotel and booking.com.

Pros (+) close to outlet mall
Cons (-) wasn't clean, had to move rooms due to finding food from the previous guests as well as a tick on the window curtain. when we called, there was only one person we could find that was working in the entire hotel.
