Pros (+) Pleasant staff at the front desk when checking in.
Cons (-) I went to get coffee at 9:30 on Sunday morning but the machine was empty. I informed the food service personnel and they said it would be just a minute. Five minutes later - it came out that there wasn’t any ready in advance and that the refill was only half-full. I know this doesn’t seem like a big deal but for $180 a night, I do expect that I am able to get a cup of coffee when I want it.
