Guests say
Overall, guests expressed significant dissatisfaction with their stays, citing serious cleanliness issues such as bed bugs, unclean rooms, and stained bedding. Service was frequently described as rude or unhelpful, with several guests experiencing poor communication or dismissive staff. Safety concerns were also prevalent, including reports of unauthorized room entry, uncomfortable environments, and dangerous room features. Bed comfort was negatively impacted by bed bugs and uncomfortable sleeping conditions. Noise from the bar and surrounding area further detracted from the experience. While a few reviews mentioned some positive aspects like friendly staff or convenient location, the overwhelming sentiment was negative due to the recurring problems.AI-generated from customer reviews
