Right opposite to Bologna train station, a few places to eat/shop nearby, 15-20 mins portico walk to Piazza Maggiore. Leafy decor lobby was cosy. Room was quiet and spacious. Housekeeping staff did an amazing job keeping our room neat and tidy. Front staff was friendly.
Got distracted by noise and movement from other guests including door closing a few times

Location, spacious bathroom
No power outlets in sight. Had to unplug a lamp in order to charge my phone. Cannot request an iron due to "security reasons"

Rooms don't match the lobby
Lobby and restaurant were lovely and updated, unfortunately that's not where you actually stay.
Rooms were terribly outdated and dirty with stained carpets that goes half way up the wall... nothing like the lobby. Staff is rude. Would never stay here again.
