Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel for its friendly and helpful service, as well as its central location, making it convenient for exploring the city. The breakfast buffet received many positive mentions for its variety and quality, though a few guests noted occasional organizational issues or limited selection at peak times. Cleanliness and comfortable rooms were also appreciated. Some guests were dissatisfied with extra charges for amenities like the spa and parking, small room sizes, and inconsistent air conditioning. Despite these drawbacks, the overall impression was positive, especially regarding staff attentiveness and the enjoyable breakfast experience.AI-generated from customer reviews
