Overall, guests had several concerns during their stay at the hotel. Cleanliness was a recurring issue, with multiple reports of dirty rooms, bed bugs, and unclean bathrooms. The breakfast was often described as poor or insufficient, and the breakfast area was considered too small. Noise was a problem for several guests, with thin walls and disturbances from other rooms or nearby trains. Pros (+) Beds are comfortable, breakfast is provided, staff is friendly.
Cons (-) The room door has to be pulled very hard to close and the door does not seal tightly. There is a half inch gap on the handle and bottom sides of the door, which allows for air, noise and light. We learned after the fact that often times there is no pet fee for services animpala. The front desk did not provide this information. It would be helpful if this info was provided at check in.
