Pros (+) The staff was the best I have experienced in all of my hotel stays over the past two months. I went through four different hotels in Bozeman MT and this is the best one. My family is biracial and this is the only hotel that did not judge us for that and give us problems and that by far says alot.

Cons (-) We reserved a handicapped room and it was confirmed and paid for. When we got there they had given the room to someone else, would not refund our money and didn't try to call other motels to help us find somewhere else. Showed our confirmation, they didn't even act sorry and sent us on our way.

Pros (+) Moved us to a non smoking room even with two beds. Breakfast in the morning with a comesary with ice cream! Needed that at the end of a long weekend.
Cons (-) Hair on our shower wall.... breakfast room was jam packed. So hard to manouver around that u gave up on food and grabbed coffee and went back to my room. Thought we paid more than what we got but everyone was nice.

Pros (+) Easy access.
Cons (-) Not much for parking. Had to park at restaurant next door. Staff was smoking and hacking at front door on arrival. Man at counter was cussing because he couldn't find the other guy...probably the dude out front hacking flem. Not the cleanest place. Breakfast was disgusting. Certainly didn't warrant the rate that we paid. 1.5 star at best.
