They lost my reservation. Even though I made it on the ExtendedStay website, it passed me over to Expedia. Neither ES or Expedia could find it. When I arrived, it looked dirty and shabby. When the deskclerk couldnt find it either, I elected to leave. The more familiar chain hotel I went to nearby related that it was a place with “druggies and drifters”, and it looked to be true.
