Staff at pickup (in MA) and drop off (in NC) were outstanding. The vehicle was comfortable and easy to manage. It was also much better on gas than I anticipated.Cons:
The vehicle was very well maintained. However, the console had not been wiped down. It was dusty and the side console was sticky. Still, this was minor and did not impact the overall excellent experience.10.0 Wonderful

My compact / economy car (35K miles) had a smoker previously and although the car was cleaned, when the car was parked in the sun, the smoke odors came through. There were burn marks on the seats. I hope Enterprise will not re-rent smoking cars as this is really unpleasant but also a safety hazard.10.0 Wonderful
