Guests frequently praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the area and accessing local restaurants. The breakfast was often described as good, fulfilling, or even excellent, with several guests noting its variety and quality. However, cleanliness was a recurring concern, with mentions of old carpets, unpleasant smells, and insufficient cleaning. The pool and wellness facilities received mixed feedback, with some guests enjoying them while others found them outdated or not fully operational. Service at the reception and in general was also criticized for being unresponsive or lacking, although there were occasional positive remarks about helpful staff.
