Excellent location within the downtown area, and right on the Marina. Beautiful waterfront location. Staff were friendly and they even had warm cookies available at the counter. Will definitely stay there again.

The hotel is always clean and the staff are always kind. It’s a dog friendly hotel. For some unknown reason, the ice machines are all broken on every floor every time we have come for the last year. The machine on the lobby floor always works, but they are always broken on the guest floors. This should be a problem the hotel is equipped to fix in less than a year.

This is a good hotel. The staff has been great whenever we stay. The room we were in seemed to have some water damage on the wall between the tub and toilet. Also the a/c heating unit had an issue. The one in the living room worked but not the one in the bedroom. We give the unit 4 out of 5 stars. It was clean and comfortable. We slept very well. The staff made us feel welcome and appreciated. They are kind to dogs as well which matters to us.

The ice machines remain broken which was also an issue the last time I stayed here. Other than that inconvenience, we had a nice stay. The staff is very friendly and the rooms have comfortable couches and beds. The room was clean. This is my go to location for stays in Kitsap County, but I wish they’d fix the ice machines.

The location was fantastic, downtown and right on the boardwalk with a marina view. The building is older, but mostly in good repair. All of the front desk staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. There is free hotel breakfast and also a Starbucks on the same block. The bed and couch were comfortable. There are many dog friendly patios in the area to sit and have a drink with your best four-legged friend. The air-conditioning worked well. The ice machines on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors are broken which is annoying. They did have one on the 1st floor though so it was possible to get ice.

Pros:We stayed here for about a week when we moved and were waiting to get into our house. The breakfast was awesome, lovely pool, conveniently located within walking distance of food/entertainment, and the staff was exceedingly friendly and helpful.
Cons:Parking was $7 a day.
