Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location near shopping, restaurants, and highways. Many found the breakfast to be good or very good, with several options available. Comfortable beds were a highlight for a number of guests. However, cleanliness was a major concern, with multiple reviews mentioning dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and maintenance issues. Service was generally described as polite or neutral, though some guests experienced understaffing or unhelpful responses. Overall, while the location, breakfast, and bed comfort stood out positively, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness and maintenance.
