Summary of reviews
Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel for its friendly and helpful staff, convenient location, and good value for money, especially for short stays or budget travelers. However, many reviews highlighted serious cleanliness issues, with reports of mold, dirty rooms, cockroaches, and unpleasant odors. Safety concerns were also raised, including noisy and disruptive guests, and an overall sense of insecurity for some visitors. While a few guests found the atmosphere pleasant and the rooms comfortable, the negative experiences with cleanliness and safety were significant for others.AI-generated from customer reviews
