Pros (+) Breakfast was more than adequate.
Cons (-) 1. Could not checkin when we arrived 15 mins “early” 2. Pool was not clean 3. Fitness room was a mess 4. Room was never cleaned, garbage not emptied. Towels taken but never replaced

Pros (+) The Breakfast was excellent, a very nice variety of items. The staff was very friendly.
Cons (-) Our couch had stains on it. The king size bed had a low spot in the middle which made it difficult for two to sleep. We both rolled to the middle. The cable line to the TV was placed in the back of the set. It needed to be wired in with a cable connector. I understand the hotel is being remodeled. No towel holders in the bathroom.
