Cons:Limited breakfast selection
Cons:Others have commented on the street noise. True, there is a nightclub across the street, and true, people are on the sidewalk all night long. Still, my room was on the third floor facing the street and the noise didn't bother me at all: it was very muffled and steady.
Cons:I had to ask to switch my room twice as I found the rooms depressing and not light or big enough. The room temperature was very cold and I had to ask for a space heater. I found some concierges helpful; others not. The food in their restaurant was not good and I had an issue with something I ordered. I also wished they had made laundry service available. The lobby is very cold and shuts down early, and there is no where to have a drink, read and relax. The bathroom smelled very funny, and I could not get them to fix this. I also received no offer of help with my luggage when I called down to say I was checking out. Overall, this hotel needs updating and to be much more cozy, light and guest friendly. There is a lot they could do to improve.
Cons:My experience was exceptional. Everything met expectations.
