Most guests highly appreciate the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city. The breakfast receives positive remarks for its variety and quality. However, many reviews mention discomfort with the beds, noting old or worn mattresses. Cleanliness and maintenance are also recurring concerns, with several guests reporting issues in rooms and bathrooms. Room sizes are often described as small or cramped, especially for triple accommodations. Despite these drawbacks, the location and breakfast stand out as the hotel's main strengths.

This is a prime location, steps away from the ovalisco, however facilities the hotel needs a full renovation. There were cracks in the flooring in my bedroom and it didn't matched the pictures. Beds and pillows where awful :-(.
