Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel's central location, making it easy to access major attractions and public transport. While some guests appreciated the friendly staff and found the rooms clean and good value for money, others reported issues with cleanliness, bed comfort, noise, and maintenance. Breakfast and service received mixed feedback, with some positive mentions but also several complaints about quality and attention. Overall, the location stands out as the hotel's best feature, though there are areas for improvement in comfort and upkeep.AI-generated from customer reviews
