Pros (+) The motel is located in a convenient area. Good restaurants close by and it was easy to find.
Cons (-) The room had an old look about it and the floors were a bit soft and uneven. No activities offered for families.
Pros (+) This hotel was the one of the cheapest available in Buffalo during the summer months. The hotel is very clean. Close to downtown Buffalo. A nice simple place that was very clean. Worth the money.
Cons (-) The room was older and needed some work. There was a large space between the AC unit and the outside, which didn't bug us while we were there, but I can see that maybe being an issue when winter comes.
