Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location near the beach, restaurants, and shopping areas, making it convenient for exploring the city. However, many reviews mention issues with cleanliness, such as dirty rooms and windows, and a lack of amenities, including basic toiletries and towels, which often require additional payment. The comfort of the beds and the condition of the bathrooms also receive criticism, with several guests finding them uncomfortable or poorly maintained. Despite these drawbacks, the strategic location remains the hotel's standout feature.
