The desk had three outlets in different voltages, as well as USB ports making charging devices and working easy. Bed was very comfortable, the blackout curtains shut out light effectively, and the room was quiet. Would have no hesitation staying at a citizenM hotel again.

Cons: Meals were good, but expensive for the quality. Beaming media to the TV from the handheld pad is a nice touch, but it is difficult to figure out how to beam media to the TV while getting audio to headphones.

Cons: Service was just ok. There were a bunch of very young staff with variable level of service mentality. They market a 24/7 canteen which is nothing more than a refrigerator full of pre made food. There was a warm meal offered at dinner for 23 Euro which was essentially self serve cafeteria food. We tried to get a cocktsil nightcap and we're told there was no alcohol service after midnight despite the fact that there was a staff member behind the bar. I asked if we could take a bottle of beer ( in the refrigerator ) to the room and the staff member made it clear he didn't want to answer the same question more than once. I've been to Paris many times and I don't recall a midnight curfew for alcohol. This wouldn't be such a big deal if they hadn't marketed the 24/7 canteen so heavily. The service was essentially hostel service.

Cons: Since I prepaid and I was not planning to use any other services, I did not appreciate not knowing at check-in that there was a city tax that was not in the prepaid payment. Even though the amount was only 5Euro, I should have been told this at check-in and better yet it should have been part of the prepaid amount which state that is was room charge and taxes. I had limited funds since I was coming from vacation and I had spent most of my Euro's by the time I was checking out of hotel.

The room was small and tight to open my suitcase. The shower was high tech, meaning I couldn't figure out how to turn on only the shower heads I wanted, as I didn't want to get my hair wet. It felt like it was designed by engineers and lacked some ease of use for people who have different styles of seeing things.

Pros: Starting with Check-in we had a wonderful stay! The front desk was friendly and spoke English fluently. We had a Jr. Suite on the 1st floor (the 2nd floor if you're American). We were so impressed with the room! A toilet and shower right when you walk in, with a kitchenette off the side. It had a fridge, stove top, microwave, sink, dish washer, tea kettle, coffee maker and all the untensils, plates, etc. that you'd need. They also had a little welcome tray with two water bottles and some tea and coffee. Past the kitchen was a living room with a pull out sofa couch, coffee table, small dining table, desk, TV and closet. There was also a balcony off the sitting room. Past the sitting room was the master suite with sliding pocket doors, and two twin size beds, TV, another closet and then the master bathroom with tub, large sink and toilet. Everything in the room was clean, and fresh and new. We were completely satisfied. We also only used the spa facilities once but loved it!

Cons: It was a lot of furniture for a small space, so having more than two bodies might have felt crowded, but it worked perfectly for the two of us. The Jacuzzi at the spa wasn't very hot.

If you stay outside, you'd still have to get a cab or bus to airport and wake up early; might as well stay in Sheraton and not stress. Highly recommend.

Because we had two bookings we had to validate our key after the first night (found out about it when we got to our 9th floor to get back again). Breakfast...like stated in positives was fresh and rich but completely disorganized. The eating area looked like wild bulls just ran through it... there were trays with dirty dishes everywhere: tables, chairs, dish carts...even on the FLOOR- never seen anything like it. I even recorded a video - because no one would believe me... Staff was wondering around all this mess worried more about crumbs on the table...that view was shocking. Overall very mixed feeling about our stay

Pros: Really liked the hotel. Comfortable. Clean. Great staff and "inside" the airport. The shuttle to the airport is right out the hotel. 5 minutes and you're in the terminal 2.

Restaurant is okay, the burger and the club sandwich were good. Salad and were okay, but if you can get food before, youre probably better off.

Pros: Room was very clean with all of the necessities. Very good location if coming in on SNCF train or on plain.

Cons: When first arrived was given a room that the guests had not yet checked out of and it had not been cleaned. Hotel quickly gave us another room but we were disturbed we were given a key to someone else's room and had access to their baggage.

Pros: Everything was great. Nice clean rooms, solves the purpose of the stay to catch the flight. Nothing exotic but very nice and simple.

Cons: They definitely could do better at the restaurant. Food is not that great. I had dinner and breakfast there - they need to revise their menu and have better chefs.
