Guests consistently praised the restaurant for its high-quality meals and the staff for their attentive and professional service. The hotel's charming atmosphere and beautiful garden were also frequently highlighted as positives. However, many guests were disappointed with the breakfast, citing poor quality and limited choices. Room sizes were often described as small and some bathrooms as cramped, which detracted from the overall comfort.
