Special recognition to Mohamed in reception, Mona Helmy at the Executive lounge, the EXCELLENT housekeeping staff of floor 5 in the Zamalek tower, the dinner and staff of the Soraya Gallery were AMAZING, the bell staff, the staff of the women's changing rooms (the hot tub, sauna,...
Cons (-) The hotel taxi staff was a great driver, but we did not like that he kept pushing unwanted additional services (i.e. his connections for "transportation" which consisted of overpriced camel/horses to Pyramids with clearly sick and underfed animals; overpriced boat ride. We kept saying no but he would find other ways to have us pay for additional services.
