Caldas Novas hotels near Feira do Luar

Pros: Carefully designed place, not too crowded, good quality installations, lot of trees and shade. Great for families.

Cons: Two out of three nights were noisy, one night staff of a company were celebrating all night, the other night and lot of screaming and loud music. This kind of activities does not go well with this venue, which is very quiet and rather made for families.

Cons: The staff barely speaks English

Pros: What I like Pousada do Ipe the most is the localization. it proportionate a relaxing natural environment in the middle of downtown

Pros: The park and the breakfast.

Cons: It didn’t have the basic requirements in the rooms as were mentioned and charged. For a hairdryer one had to go to the reception each time to get and return. The time period to use was 1 hour each day. Also for a towel or blanket, we had to wait for more than an hour for the housekeeping to deliver to the room. Pools were not very clean at times

Pros: Near to city center , easy to reach

Cons: Quite crowded

Pros: Swimming facilities were incluided.

Cons: Signal of wi-fi was very poor(speed of wi-fi per a room was only 1mega bite). Gas burner(fogão) could not use for guests, can use for only owner.

Pros: The localization of the hotel is good, and you have access to the 3 aquatic parks (Water park, Nautico, Prive) included in the room price. The breakfast buffet is good, but the room very noisy (better to sit outside). Gym room well furnished and with good air conditioning. Nice pools within the hotel.

Cons: The check-in (Carnaval weekend) was a complete disaster... 1 hour queueing ! Would have required more people at reception (and much better organization). Room was good but air conditioning placed above the cupboard was not efficient at all. We did not understand why the toboggans in the children pool closed at 17h30.

Pros: You can bring our own drinks ah the swimming pool

Cons: Even with 5 elevators, we spend a lot of time waiting.

Pros: Breakfast and lunch were must. Room very comfortable.

Cons: The 3 children swimming pool were in service and they didn’t tell me. The room side was too noise by music from the condominium beside and couldn’t take a nap. The cleaning lady was rude when she came to clean after I had asked more than 3 times. No one helped me with the bags since I had a senior and a baby with me. WiFi be paid if used.

Pros: The room was ok I guess.

Cons: The location isn’t bad but if you don’t have a car you need to walk at least 10min to get to restaurants and shops. The AC remote wasn’t working. Sometimes when I went to the pool area there was no music or anything, it was just silent and there were no other people so it wasn’t very fun staying there. At the time of the checkout I asked a taxi to get to the bus station. I’d already informed that would take 10min at the most for a taxi to arrive at the hotel so I did checkout ahead of time to make sure I can get a bus on time. They said “it’s coming” and 15 min later I asked again if it was arriving then the guy called them and said “he is on the other side of the hotel. Do you wanna walk there, or call another taxi?” I was by myself pregnant with two little kids taking a suitcase and stroller. There was no way walking across the street, and to avoid walking any distance I’m calling a taxi! There was no apologize and he called another taxi. And again he kept saying it was arriving and at the end said it wasn’t their fault, there was traffic and whatever. There wasn’t any traffic by the way. At the end taxi arrived, just 15 min before my bus would depart. I still had to buy a ticket and the bus terminal was full. I had to run because of their wrong information and lack of hospitality. I was really disappointed because I saw a lot of positive comments and the rate wasn’t bad on the site. Maybe I’m comparing to other international hotels but it really didn’t worth 4 or even 3 stars.

Pros: Spacious room, comfortable bed, big balcony, car parking, breakfast and lunch included, not wow just ok.

Cons: Very slow check in, terrible WiFi and you need to pay for it, very slow and small lifts, depending of the time there are loads of stuff missing for breakfast and lunch, the biggest pool wasn't hot, from 2pm the building shade covers almost all sunbathing area, TV works very badly, no toiletries and some of the bedding were stained. People drink around the pool and don't throw their rubbish on the bin. There are so much to be improved.

Pros: Did not liked it.

Cons: 4 members of my family got sick at the resort. We had to spend money with doctor and medicine.

Pros: Very attentive staff, excellent food with many choices.

Cons: Room fixtures and fittings dated and worn. Very noisy guests returning to their rooms past midnight

Pros: I made the reservation to my mom and dad. It was my father's birthday and I gave him the stay as a gift. They had a great time. They told me many times how much they enjoyed the hotel, specially the staff that allowed him check out a bit later. I really appreciated that because my parents took the bus back home at 5pm. Quite a long time to wait at the bus station. Thanks for that!!!!

Cons: what I don't like is the payment process. I make the reservation through booking but because the reservation is for someone else, in this case my parents, I have to send copies of my credit card and also a signed document to the hotel allowing the charge. That's a bit annoying:(

Pros: I had like how the bathroom was cleaned. Actually, the bedroom at all was pretty good.

Cons: The place was too strict. Like we can't change a beer can to another brand after buy(which was the same price). And we had to listen weird complaining about the car parking from the employees
