Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's exceptional and unique location, stunning views, and natural surroundings. However, many reviews highlighted serious issues with accessibility, as the property is difficult to reach and requires either a long walk or a paid boat ride. Service was frequently criticized for being unhelpful, inattentive, or even rude, and several guests found the breakfast disappointing. Cleanliness was also mentioned as an area needing improvement. Overall, while the setting is highly valued, operational and service shortcomings detract from the experience.
