Summary of reviews
Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's excellent location, often mentioning its proximity to the beach, city center, or restaurants. Many found the value for price to be good, especially considering the basic facilities. However, there were frequent complaints about poor service, including unstaffed reception, issues with deposit refunds, and lack of amenities. Cleanliness was inconsistent, with some guests reporting dirty rooms or bathrooms. Noise from the street, other guests, or nearby venues was also a common concern. Despite these issues, some guests highlighted friendly staff and comfortable beds.AI-generated from customer reviews
