Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, attentive and professional service, high-quality breakfast, and comfortable beds. Many highlighted the helpfulness of the staff and the overall welcoming atmosphere. However, some guests felt the hotel was overpriced for the value received, and there were occasional mentions of maintenance issues, room size, and extra charges for beach facilities. Despite these concerns, the positive aspects, especially the location and service, stood out in the majority of reviews.
