Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location near shops, restaurants, and transport links, making it easy to access local amenities. Many also highlighted the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, as well as the availability of parking. However, several reviews expressed concerns about cleanliness, mentioning issues such as dirty rooms and poor hygiene. Noise was another common complaint, with some guests reporting thin walls and disturbances from neighboring rooms. Overall, while the location and service were strong points, improvements in cleanliness and noise insulation are needed.
