Overall, guests found the hotel to have a convenient location, friendly and helpful staff, and a good breakfast. Many appreciated the spacious rooms and the authentic atmosphere of the property. However, some guests noted issues with cleanliness, maintenance, noise, and breakfast timing. While the beds and room comfort received mixed feedback, the positive aspects such as service and location stood out in the reviews.

Wonderful
Nikki, May 2017
Pros (+) The room was beautiful and comfortable and it's a short bus ride into Canterbury. The food and beer they serve is excellent.
Cons (-) The staff was very polite and helpful but could have been friendlier but maybe that's just England. Small complaint of a very nice accomdation.
