Cons (-) Showed up and waited 20 minutes for someone to come to the front desk. Once they arrived they did not have our reservation through Kayak and hotels.com, had proof of confirmation and proof of transaction in banking app. Did nothing to help us and essentially just shrugged their shoulders. We ended up just paying for another room as we were so exhausted. So in the end we paid double for an awful ex...

Pros (+) The desk clerk was very friendly. The hotel rooms are modernot and very clean. Nice quiet stay.
Pros (+) I like that the room was nice and clean. That is the most important thing to me. The staff was polite and friendly. It was definitely a great room with a great price!
Cons (-) My back hurt when I got up. But I seem to have that problem every time I stay at a hotel, or it may be the mattress. It would have been nice if there was a little fridge in the room but I understand, that's probably why they are able to keep the price low.
