Pros (+) The hotel room was clean and large. It had a nice kitchen which was nice, and had a free laundry facilities. Which you do not see often at hotels. The breakfast was delicious and staff were friendly.
Cons (-) Please hire more staff. When I came to check in to my room, no one was at the Front desk. I had waited 10 minutes for someone to show up and greet me. The gentlemen told me they have been short staffed.

Cons (-) Got charged 3 times. Even though they told me I wouldn't be charged until after our stay, they charged us 3 times before we even checked in. They fixed the 2 extra chrages, but that still left our account negative. We weren't paying for the room, so we were going to change 5he card to have it charged to. They refunded 2 of the 3 payments, but the 3rd is still charged on our card.
