Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, friendly and attentive service, and the availability of both indoor and outdoor pools. Many reviews highlighted the convenience for travelers without a car and the welcoming attitude of the staff, especially Carlos. However, several guests reported issues with cleanliness, outdated facilities, and maintenance, particularly in bathrooms and common areas. Breakfast received mixed feedback, with some finding it basic but acceptable, while others felt it was insufficient. Overall, the positive atmosphere, amenities, and location stood out, but improvements in cleanliness and upkeep are needed.
