Cleanliness was ok. The mattresses and pillows were garbage, the elevator alarm kept randomly going off, and our door didn't close properly, which allowed a lot of light to flow in at night. Was a rip-off

Pros (+) The staff was eager to be helpful and accommodating. The room was well appointed and exceeded standard quality. The hotel featured the expected big-city amenities despite being located in a small city far from major urban areas.
Cons (-) It isn’t really the fault of Marriott, just an unfortunate location issue: when arriving or leaving you drive right past a very run-down motel. This degrades the overall feel of the area which would otherwise be great with the Courtyard surrounded by comparable neighbors.
Pros (+) My room was clean, comfortable, and very attractive. Loved the shower! It was so great after a day of traveling! The staff was nice, parking was good. Beds were excellent!
Cons (-) We did not do breakfast at the hotel. I would have preferred a contental breakfast, but there was only a bistro in the lobby....to purchase breakfast.
Pros (+) Clean, friendly, comfortable and a reasonable value for your money. The Bistro / Bar was only OK stocked and the staff was limited somewhat in what they could prepare for your "after a hard days travel cocktail". Again, nothing that would send you away screaming.
Cons (-) While the new Denny's was open next door for a real meal it would have been nice to have had something available in the morning complimentary. Nothing big just the usual fare you find in other establishments of the same caliber.
