Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient location near stores, event venues, and local attractions. However, many reviews highlight significant cleanliness issues, including dirty rooms, stained linens, unpleasant odors, and pest problems. Service is frequently described as unfriendly or unhelpful, with some guests experiencing difficulties with housekeeping, refunds, and staff attitude. Bed comfort is often criticized, with reports of hard or uncomfortable mattresses. The pool, while sometimes mentioned positively, is generally noted as poorly maintained or dirty. Overall, while the location is a strong point, the hotel struggles with cleanliness, service, and comfort.
