Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location and the quality and variety of the breakfast. Many reviews highlight the convenience for exploring the city and the historical charm of the building. Service receives mixed feedback: while some guests found the staff friendly and helpful, others experienced unhelpful or unfriendly attitudes, particularly at reception. Parking is a common issue, with limited spaces and confusion about arrangements. Room size and configurations also caused dissatisfaction for some guests, especially for families. Overall, the positives focus on location and breakfast, but service and parking could be improved.
