Pros (+) Super-friendly and helpful staff really made our stay a delight. The hotel is spotlessly clean, the rooms are charming and spacious (we had a superior double with a generous balcony overlooking the Arve river), breakfast was good value for money and the afternoon tea and cakes offered each day was a bonus after a day of skiing.
