It was a pleasant stay. The character in the lobby was fun and it was nice to have some board game options. Would stay there again.
Cons (-) Facilites looked dated and tired. Could have stayed at a Hampton Inn for less and gotten more. This hotel was obviously built in the 70's because it has the look. Unfortunately they have not kept up with the times. Breakfast in the morning had all the essentials, but nothing more. The servers were extremely accommodating and friendly. Cons (-) Nit-picky, but the wall paper was peeling pretty badly in the bathroom. But overall, I was really happy with the whole place and amenities.
Pros (+) Very clean, soft music playing, fireplace, nicely furnished lobby, coffe, tea, cookies provided, rooms very nice and comfortable, great pool and outstanding breakfast!
Cons (-) Fitness room very limited. And a hot tub in the pool area would have been awesome, but pool was 84 degrees so......
Pros (+) Location of the hotel-close to the university, Shopping and restaurants. The buffet was well Done and we enjoyed the food and convenience.
