I wish I could Rent the car at the airport and pick it up downtown, even we had a reservation we couldn't, i ws trying to get the car at 8;00am at the Airport instead of the downtown officce that open at 8:30, I had to get to Amarillo airport by taxi ; your representative wasn't willing to help by the way she arrive at least 20 minutes late to Entreprise counter, we had to move to downtown office and start the whole process instead of just get there and pick it up , lady at amarillo downtown office was very attentive and kind.
