Pros: Was upgraded for free, quick efficient service , friendly staff
Cons: Pickup/Dropoff: not open on Sundays and had relatively short "open" hours during the week ie not open after 5:30 pm

Did not get the car - it had been given away.
Cons: When I reserved the car the pick-up time was accepted as noon on a Saturday. Due to a delay in the flight (we got to our hotel at 4 am with 2 young kids) we arrived at 12:35. The car rental office was closed, and would not reopen until Monday at 8 am. We called the Enterprise main phone number and explained the situation and was told there was nothing they could do. We left a message that we would return on Monday morning (after spending $250 on cab fees) to get the car. We arrived on Monday morning and our car had been put back in the system and was not available. A great start to our trip. Although I do understand we were late as we did not expect an office to be closed at noon at the height of summer, Enterprise has done nothing to address what happened. I do not think a noon pick-up time is acceptable when the office closes at noon. Very disappointed.

Pay more attention to locations
Pros: Counter service at enterprise was excellent
Cons: Even after a confirmation call two days prior to my trip, the kayak reps assured me that I was renting from the airport when in fact it was downtown Charlottetown. This caused me to have both a financial and time delay in getting to my destination.

Pros: Quick service, ride to airport was a plus. Super nice people to deal with.
Cons: Selection of cars, I had requested for a sedan, but ended up with hatchback.
Pros: The young man who worked for Avis but was covering for Budget at the Charlottetown airport was exceptional. Friendly, kind and understanding. He helped me when we took our car in to trade and was so nice to my entire group. Quick drop off when we returned the vehicle.
Cons: Our Jeep Cherokee had mechanical problems so we lost a day because we had to turn back from a day trip to exchange the vehicle.
