Pros: Paperwork was completed quickly, the people were friendly and apologetic that the car wasn't up to my standards. Finding the car rental office was easy.
Cons: I was expecting a larger car. The car had scratches and dents on several parts of the body and rubber stripping was coming off the windows. I was cautioned not to touch the side of the navigation box as it would turn it off. At this particular connection, the wiring was held together with electrical tape. Tires were a bit worn. I don't think I'll be renting from this particular office again.
