Cons: I was charged $180 for cleaning when I dropped it off. He said we smoked in the car and his evidence was debri in the back seat and "ash" marks on the back window. It's insane. Asking me vs telling me might have been better. He mad me go detail the car. I did, but he wasn't happy with it so he charged me $180. It was not ash. It's pollen, dust and sand. I will never use them again

Cons: I booked the car online to arrive at the Hertz in Destin (thankfully, it didn't cost me anything to get to this, not at an airport, business) to find out they had no cars to rent, and they didn't know I had booked it or they would have called me and let me know that.
The gentlemen at the business were very nice, but nothing in their system "alerted" them that I had booked the car online.
My past experiences with Hertz have been good ones, but there seems to be a major flaw their system regarding "overbooking rentals"

Cons: I specifically put VPS airport in for pick up and drop off. When I arrived I found the location was thirty minutes away off site. The agent told me it happens every single day to people who book thru you! That airport has several different names and is very confusing. Your site does NOT make it clear when booking it is an offsite location! I had to purchase a completely new rental!

Cab ridee from airport?!
Pros: Everything but location
Cons: The actual pick up location was a $55 cab ride from the airport. The airport Hertz people couldn't help, they said. What good does it do for us to spend 55 dollars to get to the car.? The map online showed a pin location about a mile from the airport. That was nowhere close.....unacceptable!
Cons: I was offered a cheaper amount for rental insurance from this website but when I went to pickup the vehicle I was advised it wouldn't even cover the car with enterprise and my insurance would still be ran if something went wrong. I say that to say I ended up paying almost triple what I could've paid if there was a correct partnership between the insurance offered online and what's used at the enterprise locations could be better.
