Representative at car rental place was honest. Everything was exceptionally poor. We had made reservation for SUV 1 month in advance and did online checkin submitting copy of our license and insurance several days back confirming reservation. When we reach the airport and called for shuttle, the rental place said that THERE ARE NO CARS AVAILABLE. We said we have reservation, they said they can’t help, no cars came back to give it to us and we should look at other places. Ultimately they said they have a Honda civic that they can give and that’s their last car. We went to pick that up to the rental place which is far not at airport. It was basic model Honda civic so we asked for refund for rest of the money since we paid for SUV, they said no it’s same price we can take it or leave it. He also said that they overbook cars rentals by 25% and everyone showed up so we ended up with no vehicle. We took the car but unfortunately we could hardly breath in it because it was filled with SMOKE. we had to leave windows open for 3 days to be able to breath. It was a terrible experience
No shuttle and we had to Uber there. Did not get the car we had booked for
Very bad service they took 500 cad extra for milage and insurance also I was supposed to get Ford Explorer but they gave me Ford escape 😢. So please I need my money back.
the only nice person was the guy cleaning the cars that had to stop everything and drive me and others to the airport . he was super nice and friendly the rest didn't seem to want to be there and rude to the customers
I arrived and the car that i reserved was not there and they have no solution from me. So i had to cancel direct with the compagny on line and e took me 2h30 to found another car, elsewhere and i couln't have the unlimited km , so i paid more that i was expected.700$ more.very desapointed.no services, no help.no nothing.
Better service, they didn’t even ask you if you worked extra insurance you had to ask them
