The lady at the front desk who checked us in was indifferent. After completing the check in she asked us to wait to be called for our vehicle. All people in the waiting area, including all of those who arrived after us came and left. After almost 30 minutes we approached the lady and asked when our vehicle would be ready. She replied that she had forgotten to ask the valet to prepare a vehicle for us. Very poor service to say the least.Reviewed 2 Sept 2025
