We liked that the pick-up location was easy to find and close to port. We were not happy with the service. The car was not at the port and had to wait at least 10 minutes to receive it. The car was also dirty. The inside roof had disgusting brown stains on it and when we asked at the counter to come see it, they told us to wait. As we were in a rush, we cleaned it ourselves.
Friendly staff. Location was easy to get to. Quick in/out process. I will be a repeat customer. My only complaint is that you do not offer the option to pay in cash as oppose to credit card. Thank you.
Picking up the car took an hour and a half, and there was only 2 other groups ahead of us when we arrived. The process was painfully slow and the staff told me my automatic car wasn’t actually ready yet (even though by the time I was serviced it was 2 hours after I was supposed to pick it up) and that I would have to wait or they could offer me a manual car (that I can’t drive) for an hour and then make me return it and wait another 1.5 hours to get the car I booked. The whole experience was a nightmare. Would not use them again.

BE CAREFUL DON’T USE KAYAK - My experience with AddCar was good. But my experience with KAYAK was horrendous at best. They gave me the wrong address and phone number of the rental company and I waited with my family in the sun for hours. I was in contact with qeeq/kayak and they told me that it would be considered a no show even though they acknowledged that they gave me the wrong information and the rental company had no way of contacting me.
