Cons: I paid for a full-size car, which Enterprise advertised as Nissan Altima or similar. Enterprise gave me a Hyundai Elantra.
One day after I returned the car to Enterprise, I rented a MID-SIZE car from Alamo in another city. I got the same Hyundai Elantra. Obviously, Alamo agrees with me that Hyundai Elantra is NOT a full-size vehicle. I feel Enterprise cheated me.

Enterprise rent a car put me on a do not rent list
Cons: When I arrived to pick up my rental I was informed that I had an outstanding balance from 2014 and that I have been placed on a "do not rent" list. This was extremely embarrassing and the farthest from the truth as I paid for my rental in full. I had to get my fiancé to rent the car and take the weekend off of work to drive me. I have never been so sure that I will never rent from Enterprise EVER again and I will be sure to inform my friends, family and co workers of what I experienced.

Won't rent again from enterprise.
Pros: We decided to make our holiday travelling more comfortable by renting a minivan. We found good pricing at enterprise so we gave it a shot. The van was actually pretty nice except that it had a strong smokey smell to it and they have no other vans to offer at the time. It was my first time renting a vehicle, and I did not think to put a second driver on the car. I ended up getting sick over Christmas and unable to drive. Enterprise was closed over the holidays from Saturday to Monday - which is an extremely long time for a retail company of any kind to close, at the busiest time of year. We called customer support to add my brother as a driver but they refused, as you apparently can only do so at a enterprise branch - but they were all closed for days!!! They would do nothing for us in the circumstance, we were stuck for 5 nights unable to drive the van and be properly insured. I understand that there are policies in place for a reason, but it's disappointing that a company would lack customer service in emergency situations. It strikes me as odd to rent vehicles during times of closure, where customers are unable to be helped for 5 nights.

Pros: Friendly ,helpful staff.No hiďden charges and no hard sell for insurance and extras
Would come back.
Cons: Car was not cleaned up both interior and exterior. Not that bad inside but needed a wash outside.
Even a quick car wash and interior wipe would have bee nice
