Intermediate SUV

KAYAK
We received a quote which led to us booking the car. It was however a quarter of the cost. Despite clicking on everything with the quote we were told when we arrived to collect the car that it didn’t cover an extra driver, didn’t cover third party insurance etc etc. This is false and misleading quoting. What point is there using a third party to get a quote if it bears No similarity to the ultimate cost. And we had to pay an additional 250£ deposit when taking the car which will be reversed but no mention was made of it. Disgraceful way to treat clients and I’m not sure who is to blame.
