Great value...clean....excellent location for shopping Michigan avenue...staff helpful...no complaints!
Small Room not clean
I came to stay at Hotel Felix for NYE in Chicago. The location was excellent and I never had to walk more than 15 minutes to get to anything. Just a few blocks from Michigan Ave and tons of restaurants. But, the rooms were dirty and our floor smelled horrible. I'm certain our sheets were never washed due to all of the mystery hairs I found in the sheets. We also had a mix up when we checked in. Instead of putting us in a queen room, like we reserved 4 months prior, we were placed in room with 2 full beds. When we asked to be moved to our appropriate room so were placed in a tiny room. If you don't mind sacrificing space and cleanliness for location this hotel is fine. But if you are expecting a luxurious night in the city don't waste your time.
Quick check in process. Cute as can be room.
Air Conditioning was noisy - so sleep was interrupted a bit. I could have asked for a different room, but didn't. My two coworkers who stayed there did not have the same experience. One had no noise, the other had noise and switched rooms. So, not a big negative overall, just something to be aware of.
Great location and trendy.
Rooms a little noisy and small but nicely appointed.
The location, staff and facility.
The room was unreasonably small. Very small and won't come back for $250. Would like a refund.
Bed was comfortable Good location
Room was very small. Noisy
Good price for a quick one-night stay.
Tiny rooms. Not good for tall\big people. Not good for a longer stay. Paper thin walls so very noisy.
Clean and good location
The size of the room. Think of a small room. Smaller than that! Unless you are a mouse, the size will bother you.
It was clean. Nice staff.
The rooms were a joke for how much we paid. Especially because it was advertised at 70$ then got bumped to 86$ then plus hidden fees got bumped to 100. I could of stayed at a way nicer hotel for that price. I would not recommend this place ever.
The room was tiny but comfortable.
- Great location
- Staff completely botched our wake up call - Tiny rooms
The hotel's location is perfect - walking distance from the Magnificent Mile and a ton of restaurants and shopping.
The rooms were a bit small for what I typically experience outside of traveling to NYC.
Location, near my sons apartment.
Room was a little small.
Staff was rude did not give money for cancel reaervation
stuff lazy, unfriendly and not helpful
Not especially "boutique" Finishes and fixtures were average
Tiny, tiny rooms
