Yes the first room I was given had a bad smell & didn’t have fitted sheets so asked for a different room the 2nd room I was given had cigarette ashes in the shower & also didn’t have fitted sheets rooms were not clean
Crazy small room. It didn’t look like it was cleaned very well. Also one of my lamps were broken and the hallways smelled like pot.
Location and employees were great
The shower and around the bed frames was dirty.
Great location within walking distance. Love that it’s pet friendly (even tho I don’t bring my pet). Parking is nearby and have a late check out. Staff are always friendly and check in/out is efficient and easy.
I’ve stayed several times at Hotel Felix with good experiences but I will say this time my room was subpar. The ceiling tiles were stained and yellow. The ac/heater made lots of noise when kicking on and off. One of the windows in the room wouldn’t shut all the way (noise issue more than temperature). The room was #920 and I suggest staying away. It was in the corner and smaller than the other rooms I’ve stayed in. Sheets on the bed had black smudge marks on them making me wonder if they were clean/changed from the last guest and doing a full inspection of the bed. All these small thing made up for a uncomfortable stay this time.
