coffee shop closed and while they had chits for use at Eataly, they don't open until 11am on Sundays. Also, be aware no shampoo or drinking glasses in the rooms. Can be noisy--but all in all a good value and a fun place

Really friendly staff. Great location just north of the loop. Easy self check-in. Despite the loud bar downstairs, the rooms were pretty soundproof against noise inside the hostel. Unfortunately, I got stuck in a room right next to a parking garage and could hear car alarms going off all night.

It's a hostel. 40% of men snore. And the room was really tiny. The price can't be beat for Chicago, but you get what you pay for.

The location is excellent, staff friendly, rooms cute and clean. Even though it’s a big hostel (well, more than 16 floor) it has that cozy vibe. The best part - it has a bar downstairs! Very convenient for winter nights.

The only thing I wish they had is soap/body wash in the showers because I feel in 2020 it’s really kind of must have in any hospitality establishment.

    The location was excellent.

The person who attended me at the front desk while I was doing the check in, wasn't very polite.
