Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff, and spacious rooms. The breakfast is often described as good or excellent, with some variety, though a few guests would like more options or fresher items. Service stands out, especially when staff go above and beyond, such as mailing back a forgotten stuffed animal. Room size and layout are frequently mentioned as positives. However, there are occasional complaints about bed comfort, safety concerns, and minor maintenance issues, but overall, the experience is positive for most guests.
